Make a face to face appointment

It's easy to make an appointment to see a doctor at Omnia. Simply call us on 0845 072 4618 on the day or the day before you wish to be seen and we'll do out best to fit you in. Phoning earlier in the morning will give you the greatest range of times to chose between - we aim to offer access to a GP within 48 hours, or a healthcare professional within 24. Our doctors work at different times of the day and week, you may need to wait a little longer to see a specific doctor.

Emergency appointments ('Sit and Wait') are available for issues which require urgent attention.

Speak to a doctor on the telephone

If you have an urgent medical query, call reception and, for very serious cases, they will put you through to a doctor. For less urgent calls, the receptionist will take a note of your telephone number and the doctor will phone you at the end of surgery.

Home Visits

A consultation at the surgery provides the best conditions for assessing and examining patients. Home visits are only available for patients who are too ill to come to the surgery or are housebound and unable to reach the practice. Home visit requests should be made before 10:00 AM to the Duty Doctor on 0845 072 4618.

Test Results

To obtain the result of a blood test, X-ray or to discover if a letter has arrived after a hospital appointment, please call reception on 0845 072 4618 between 11am and 3pm.

The receptionist will be able to tell you from the computer record if you test has returned and give you an idea of the result itself. The receptionist will let you know if you should make a appointment with the doctor.
